Do I keep ownership of my domain?
Yes. Your domain is registered in your name. We manage the records for you, and you can move it anywhere at any time.
Can I log in and manage things myself?
Yes. Every account includes Plesk, where you can manage files, email, databases and backups. Most clients prefer to just call us, and that's fine too.
What happens if my site gets hacked?
We restore it from a clean backup, find how it happened and close the hole. This is included on every plan.
Do you build websites too?
Yes. Our team designs and rebuilds sites for small businesses, and Pro care includes monthly time for edits.
